Joel Brant - President. Joel has worked in first mortgage home loans since 1970 and has a BA Degree Auburn University

Jody Brant - Senior Loan Officer. BS degree in finance. Jody has been in the mortgage business since 1992 and is the senior loan originator located in the Homewood office.

Sherra Dean - Branch manager for the Albertville office. Sherra has been in the mortgage business since 1983.

Rebecca Culbert - Senior Loan Processor. Rebecca has been employed since 1988 in the mortgage lending industry and has previous real estate experience

Pam Smith - Loan Originator. Pam has been in the mortgage business since 1992 with experience in Loan Closings, Warehousing payroll accounts payable and receivable.

Derryl Kinnell - Loan Originator. BS Degree in Marketing and Finance from Alabama A & M. Derryl has been in the Lending Business since 1992.

Hunter Copeland - Hunter has worked in the mortgage business since 1970 and has a B.A. Degree from UAB.

Teresia Stone - Loan Originator. Teresia has been in the mortgage business since 1991 with previous real estate experience.

Alicia Culbert - Alicia Culbert has been with First Lenders since august 05. She is in charge of closing and warehousing loans.
